The Forzese Group and ASAP Construction teamed up to renovate and market an older building in Portsmouth, NH. What was an eye sore is now a beautiful building with 4 condo units. The two had the foresight to know that staging would be critical to demonstrate the functionality of ASAP's design to prospective buyers.
They reached out to Hickory Lane Design explaining they wanted the model unit staged ASAP. Within 3 days HLD viewed the property, provided a design for the model unit and completed the staging.
